Ordered an item for $22.95. They gave me a tracking number that was never in tact. After one week of no item at my porch, I sent an email. They requested for my order name, email, shipping address, tracking number, order number, email? (like, what?), and a screenshot of proof of order. I soon get a replay that states,

Thank you for keeping in touch with us!
I will check on this and get back to you once we receive an update.
Best regards,
Mark”
Listen MARK, I am going to need a refund this very moment. @”receive and update” HUUUUHHHH?
