I ordered through Online one NEFON mobile by paying online Rs.3999.20 on 29.04.2021.I ordered through your SHOP MY MOBILE APP.
on 11.05.2021, around 3.30 pm I received a packet through Blue dart, while opening I was shocked since there was an very old ,used, dead condition Micromax Mobile handset with a non suitable Charger and an earphone . I am very much upset, worried , dissatisfied with a lot of Mental Agony. In this regard I sent a mail to your mail id on 11.05.2021 at around 7.30pm .
I returned the same through Franch Express courier vide Shipment no.97021560182 on 12.05.2021 for Refund of my amount Rs.3999.20
Treat this atmost urgent Complaint and refund the amount along with courier charges of Rs.150
Further I don’t want any replacement , I want only the Refund amount which I Paid.
I am attaching the SMS alerts and the proof of payment for your Reference .I request you kindly Refund the amount of RS.3999.20+ Rs.150 .Otherwise I will take up the matter Legally with Consumer Forum and also in the Court of Law
