I bought 3 in November, emailed the address in their “customer service” which you can see that it bounced back as “undeliverable.” But someone did respond back saying “when” they should be delivered. Granted with Covid and the USPS, FedEx, and UPS are dealing with their own issues, but after emailing for an update and no response? Disappointed completely. Refund was requested and still no reply.
