Completely agree!! Same boat as you, was for Christmas and still waiting.
Do not waste your money? They gave me a shipping number a year ago and it was sent to the same town as mine but into United States instead of Canada even though I made sure it said Canada on it. They send me the same old email that they shipped me a new one. Its been a year now and nothing. Do not waste your time or money EVER!!!
